Privacy notice
The QMS Validation Desk is an internal tool of the National Productivity Council for validating the revised Quality Management System documents.
- Logins belong to posts, not persons: each login ID (for example qms.ie.head) stays with the post. The person holding the post enters his or her own name, designation, e-mail and (optionally) mobile number at first login.
- What is kept about you: while you hold a post, your name, designation, e-mail, mobile number and unit; the answers and remarks you enter; and a log of each action with date and time and your name and designation at that time.
- On transfer (handover): your name, e-mail and mobile are removed from the login and your successor enters his or her own. A handover record keeps the outgoing holder's name, designation and e-mail, and actions already logged stay under your name.
- Why: to route QMS points to the right officer and keep a traceable record of each decision.
- Where: on a server in India (Delhi). No foreign service, tracker or content-delivery network is used.
- Who sees it: the MR office, your Head, and the Super Admin (IT maintainer). Action and handover logs cannot be edited and are kept at least 180 days.
- E-mail: at most one digest e-mail a day, only when tasks are waiting for you, to the e-mail you entered. No password is ever sent by e-mail.
- Questions or correction: contact the Management Representative (MR office).
